Along with watching YouTube videos for inspiration and tips, I actually enjoy watching documentaries on people who turned their life around by eating clean and exercising more. My favorite one so far is Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. It covers an Australian with a skin problem that developed because of his poor diet. He went on a juice diet or cleanse for 60 days. I won't go into too much detail, but you should definitely check it out!
That being said if you are going to start something drastic like a juice cleanse, I 100% recommend consulting with your doctor first. When not done in the right way, any diet can wreak havoc on your body.
I personally would never go on an all juice diet simply because it is really inconvenient for me, but have heard good things about them. The main reason I watched this was for the inspiration. This guy lost a LOT of weight and stuck to eating clean after juicing for two months! If he can do it, I can do it! So can you! :)
