30 Day Squat Challenge!


So, I tried doing this and let me tell you, the first few days were horrid. My legs turned to jelly and it even hurt to sit down. But it was most definitely worth it: my ass is now solid muscle. :D

If anyone else wants to try this, I have a couple of tips for you:
1) Don't wait till mid-afternoon to do them. As soon as you get up, do your squats.
2) Don't try to rush through them. Take your time and so them correctly to avoid straining something.
3) Do try to stretch out your legs if you're not used to squatting
4) Do listen to music, or even watch something on Netflix, while doing these. It will help you get in the groove of working out and you might even get a couple extra in if you're really feeling it!
