I started my 'healthy' journey on January 1, 2013. I gave up soda on that date and pork and red meat sometime in April. Here is a little update...
Pounds lost: 21
Jean sizes lost: 1-2
Shirt sizes lost: 0 (but things look and fit better!)
Sodas drank: 0
I've had a few not so great days as far as eating goes, and my workout schedule is still up in the air a little. Finals hit me pretty hard and the last few weeks of school I was not eating the best. But I didn't manage to gain anything back! Yay! Now that it is summer time, hopefully things will be better. I love cooking and have gotten to do it a little bit so far. My stress level has gone down a bit, and I am generally just feeling better! :)
