Here are a couple of Ab Challenges!
The Six-Pack March workout I have actually done myself. It was a bit awkward though, because I was living at school and I'm really weird about working out in front of people and my roommate was in the room most of the time. It must've worked though, because my abs were quit sore and they're now a little bit stronger than they were before I left for school in August. I would recommend this work-out.
The 30-Ab Challenge is the next work-out I plan on trying out. It looks pretty simple and easy, so I think I might actually up it a little bit and do it a little faster paced than it shows. I hope it works though (:
