Wait, what?
I've noticed this was a really big thing for not only me, but other people that are trying to change their eating habits. You had a bad food day. Sounds weird. But it happens. You get really busy with school, or work, or other plans and you don't take the time to find or make something that is good for your body that you will actually enjoy. That's okay! Life happens! But don't let one day roll into the next. You can always start fresh tomorrow, but don't let that be your fallback. Don't put off eating healthy until tomorrow. START NOW! But if something happens, don't let it discourage you. You WILL do better tomorrow because you've learned from today. Everyone has bad days and everyone gets that craving that just won't go away. Sometimes you just need to eat chocolate. It's okay! Just don't let it slide with everything. If you have to set a time where you can have something as a treat every week or every few weeks do it! This is something you have to live with. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. Cutting everything that's bad from you will only make you want it more. This has always been my motto, and so far it's working!
