Hello!

Hey guys!
So I weighed myself today and I didn't lose any weight, BUT I didn't gain any either, so I guess that's a good thing. Anywho, I got a job at a hotel about 25 minutes away from where I live so I think that is going to turn into my work out.
Basically, I would work 40-48 hours a week and have to clean rooms, but there won't an elevator so I will have to drag the cart up and down ramps. Said cart can weigh anywhere from 100 to 150 pounds, so I'm thinking that is going to be a pretty damn good work out for awhile.
I have a question for you guys though: when you want to work out, how do you find the motivation to do so? I can't see to make myself get up and go do something. xD
