These past few weeks have been a crazy whirlwind of trying to set my schedule for the summer. Sorry about that!
I believe I just finished week three of weight training with my dad and things are going pretty great! Although I don't notice and changes yet, I'm ever so slowly getting stronger. Yay! I'm sore most of the time, but I'd rather be sore then regret not going later.
That being said, I still haven't had any change in my weight. I'm a little disappointed, but hitting plateaus is pretty normal for me. I'm just hoping it will end soon. I'm also pretty sure that I still have to get used to my routine and tweak my eating habits a bit. I'm doing different things then I had been, my body will definitely need different nutrients. I'm hoping to start a bit more strict plan next week, but as for now, I'm looking forward to a nice stress-free weekend with the fam. :)
